Having said that though, I am not resting on my laurels.....I have already given myself a goal....I have decided to expand my 'Connections' project and make it into a 'Photographic/Story Book. I've already started writing and have much more to do. It is to be a book of photos mirroring the emotions of my journey. I have much to think about but I am enjoying the process...I'm excited about it!
I have, for a long time, wanted to do this but never before had an idea for the content.
My book will be a continuation of my Lockerbie journey. The following are the images from my final project, exhibited at Plymouth Art College
These eight images are dedicated to the memory of my friend Yvonne Owen, her baby daughter Bryony, and the 268 lives taken with them on 21st December 1988 at Lockerbie.
They are also my way of Thanking the people of Lockerbie for creating a place of beauty out of devastation, peace from turmoil and serenity from chaos.
So with a little determination and some more hard work
I hope that my very first book will be available in the not too distant future.
